About Us

Moving
Mountains
Is Our
Business.

We don't just document brands — we build the kind of visual content that makes people stop, feel something, and act. Every brand has a story worth telling. We make sure it gets told right.

What We Believe

Every brand has
an adventure in it.

We're in the business of finding it. From dynamic action to quiet moments of brand truth, we specialize in visual content that captures the essence of what makes a brand worth paying attention to — and delivers it in a way that moves people.

We work across industries, formats, and platforms. What stays the same is the standard: high-quality, purposeful content that performs as well as it looks.

How We Work

All in.
Every time.

Creating great visual content isn't always easy — and we wouldn't have it any other way. We bring a full crew, a clear process, and genuine investment in the outcome. Challenges are part of it. So is the fun.

The journey matters as much as the deliverable. That's how we work, and it's why the brands we partner with keep coming back.

Story First

Every piece of content we create starts with understanding what makes your brand different — then building around that.

Built to Perform

Beautiful isn't enough. Everything we deliver is designed to work — on platforms, in feeds, and in paid media.

All the Way In

We don't hand off at delivery. We stay invested in the outcome because your success is the only measure that matters.

OUR FOUNDERS

Andreas Apostol

Co-Founder, Project Manager

A Colorado born, outdoor enthusiast, video “aficionado.” Andreas’ first introduction to video was through his family's home movies. His curiosity however, is a result of his family's strong belief that travel is a vital part of life. Traveling is all about exploring new places, cultures, cuisines, rituals and styles of living. We learn to experience life in different ways and that is how Andreas approaches video production. He believes that it is this mindset that cultivates learning and creativity and it can not be achieved by sitting at home. Because of this, Andreas departed Colorado to pursue these curiosities in San Francisco where he received his BA in Motion Picture & Television. After eight years living the big city life, Andreas found himself yearning for mountain air once again. He moved back to Colorado where he met his two business partners, Sean & Eric, and he assures you he is the better hockey player. Just don’t tell them that…

Eric Dennis

Co-Founder, Project Manager

You ever hear the saying “Like Father, Like Son”. Eric gained his love for video production from exposure at a young age from his father who co-founded a video production company. From there, he started shooting snowboard and backpacking videos of his friends at 15 years old. After college Eric began taking his passion for video to various technology companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. After over a decade Eric decided it was time to apply his experience in the Outdoor Industry where his passion for video blossomed. So on Christmas day 2016 Eric moved with his wife, 3 year old and 1 month old twins to Vail Colorado to work for Vail Resorts. There he met fellow Outside Collective Co-Founders Andreas and Sean and eventually began his own journey as an entrepreneur, just like his father.

Sean O’Sullivan

Co-Founder, Project Manager

Originally from New England, Sean is a visual storyteller and creative thinker at heart. His love for video lies mostly within the conceptual design side of things, which usually makes him the first to jump at the opportunity to develop new, “outside-the-box”, concepts that can inspire, motivate and simply tell compelling stories. He got his start managing a resort television station in Vail, Colorado, which was cool, but… he quickly realized he was ready to do something bigger, something that gave him the opportunity to tug at more heart-strings and affect a broader audience. At this point in his career, he was lucky enough to find his new adventure buddies and business partners, Eric and Andreas. Sean can usually be found on his mountain bike in the summer, skis in the winter and, as of late, searching for a new lake to play hockey on with his wife in Minnesota.
