The Epic Season Pass is the premiere ski pass in the United States and arguably, the world. With access to over 30 mountain resorts across the world skiers have the opportunity to ski or snowboard on some of the best skiable terrain in the world. The Outside Collective has worked closely with the Epic brand creating video content for multiple skews including Epic Pass, Epic Mountain Express and Epic Mountain Gear.

Epic Pass Social Media Series

Scope / Goal / Challenge

The social media landscape is an ever-changing environment that requires constant contact and content that is unique and authentic. The goal of this 15 episode social media series was to ultimately increase social media engagement and brand awareness geared specifically towards the Epic Pass. We needed to showcase everything the Epic Pass had to offer from special events to live concerts all the way down to terrain and weather conditions on the mountain.

Approach / Strategy

To achieve our mission of creating authentic, engaging and informational content we ultimately decided to attach a face to the brand. There was no one better than  veteran X Games host, Ashley Prill, to take our viewers on an all-inclusive tour of everything EPIC!

Epic Mountain Express Animated Commercial

Scope / Goal / Challenge

The EPIC experience doesn’t just begin and end in the mountains. Vail Resorts has taken an approach to cover all aspects of the ski vacation including getting it’s guest to and from the mountain. With Epic Mountain Express, guests can journey to and from the airport straight to the gondola or their mountain escape.

Approach / Strategy

The Outside Collective took a whimsical, family fun approach to this spot. Through bright, colorful animation, future Epic Mountain Express guests can really get to understand the ease of traveling to the mountains with Epic Mountain Express.
